YES Program 20th Anniversary

On May 13-14, 2023, 18 alumni and 9 guests from North Macedonia had the honor of celebrating the 20th anniversary of the YES Program at Hotel Solun in Skopje! All the alumni that signed up had the opportunity to participate in two educational workshops. The first workshop covered the topic "Critical Thinking and Leadership" led by Dr. Sam Potolicchio. The workshop tackled the traits and the factors which make leaders stand out and be chosen to lead.

The second workshop was led by the Country Representative of N. Macedonia Zdenka Nikolovska, with the topic "How to Handle 'Difficult' People". The participants got to learn valuable insights about their own personal profiles while improving their communication and conflict management skills.

The alumni were extremely satisfied with the knowledge and skills they gained, their results and all the input from the workshops. Additionally, the events enabled the alumni from the older and younger generations to forge strong connections by being part of these powerful workshops!
