IDEAL Workshop 2023

From the 24-28 of March, 2023, YES, FLEX & ALEX alumni from Albania, Kosovo, Bosnia and Hercegovina, North Macedonia, Montenegro, Greece, Bulgaria, Armenia and Serbia participated at IDEAL 23 Workshop in Tirana, Albania. This year, the IDEAL workshop offered four themes of topics: Art, Culture and Storytelling; Career Development; Creative Communication; Self-esteem, Body Image, Social Media and practicing Mindfulness; Stress Management and Work-life Balance. The alumni had an enriching experience and gained new skills while meeting and connecting with people from different parts of the Balkans. The interactive sessions, individual reflections, and group activities were a fantastic way to learn, grow and develop professionally. We also want to extend our gratitude to the U.S. Embassy for their support with the grant. Their assistance always ensures that opportunities like this are available for future generations of alumni. The YES alumni from N. Macedonia that participated this year were: Emilija Krstevska '22, Borjan Georgievski '22, Rozafa Etemi '22, Mia Veljanovska '20, David Mladenovski '20, Isidora Stefanoska '22, RIna Osmani '19.There will be post-IDEAL projects inspired by the IDEAL Workshop 2023.
