How to choose the right profession

On April 7, YES alumna Ivana Kitanoska '20 organized a workshop on the topic “How to choose the right profession-a fulfilling job”. The event focused on helping high students on their journey of choosing their future career paths. This is what  Ivana had to say about her project: “Today, in collaboration with the YES program and my college we had one of the biggest workshops. When I was in high school, I had the same questions as every student nowadays has: “What will I do?

Where am I going in my life? What am I doing? Will I have a secure job?” And I always wished I attended a workshop like this or that there was someone that would help me with these questions and the anxiety around them. I think this helped more students than I actually thought it would. I would like to express  my gratitude to the amazing team of alumni, colleagues, and the Professor, who helped in the organization of the whole event, and everyone that took the time to attend the workshop".

There were around 90 participants in the workshop and we are proud of the initiative that our alumna took.
