Celebrating International Education Week: Students Engage in Cross-Cultural Learning at Step-by-Step

As part of the International Education Week (IEW) festivities, Fartun led a captivating Q&A session about America with the English classes. Held on Friday, this interactive session provided students with the opportunity to ask questions about America, fostering curiosity and understanding about different cultures. As an incentive for participation, students were delighted to receive delicious brownies, adding a sweet touch to their learning experience.

In another inspiring initiative, Sophia took the stage in her high school to deliver a presentation on the significance of international education. Recognizing the value of cross-cultural understanding, Sophia emphasized the importance of embracing diversity and learning from different perspectives. As a thoughtful gesture, she also baked brownies for her classmates, spreading joy and camaraderie while promoting the spirit of IEW.

By actively engaging in cross-cultural learning experiences, students like Fartun and Sophia are not only enriching their own education but also fostering a more interconnected and harmonious world.

As International Education Week comes to a close, American Councils remain dedicated to promoting global learning and fostering a culture of inclusivity and understanding among the community.
