Winter festival

Isabella Lastomirsky, YES abroad student in North Macedonia, together with a newly returned alumnus Borjan Georgievski '22 organized a Christmas Event for kids at NOVA High School in Skopje. Borjan had a Santa Claus costume and interacted with the kids.

This is what he has to say:
"All of us growing up wanted to meet Santa Claus. The excitement of the holidays and opening up presents made us happy. Now it was time for me to make someone else happy. It was time for me to put on the red suit, the hat, the beard and give kids joy. Acts of kindness spreads a ripple effect of positivity into the world, so let's keep the ripple going."
