U.S. President’s Day 3.0

On October 22, YES Alumni Coordinator Igor Stojkov '20 organized an event at the American Corner in Skopje, featuring Ms. Virginia Elliot, a Diplomat from the U.S. Embassy North Macedonia and Director of the International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Agency. Ms. Elliot discussed the historical and current U.S. electoral process, while Igor covered the 2024 election, drawing from his experience in New Hampshire during the 2020 primary, where he met key presidential candidates. 19 people attended, including three alumnae, gaining a rich perspective on U.S. election dynamics.
