YES Alumni Explore Grant Writing Opportunities in Skopje

In a bid to empower youth-driven initiatives and foster community development, the American Councils Office in Skopje hosted a pivotal meeting on January 15. The gathering, spearheaded by the Alumni coordinator, convened three enthusiastic alumni to delve into the prospects of securing funding through the YES Alumni grant project.

The session served as a platform for alumni to present and discuss their envisioned projects, emphasizing the transformative impact they could have on local communities. Ranging from educational initiatives to environmental sustainability projects, the diverse array of proposals underscored the alumni's commitment to effecting positive change.

Furthermore, participants engaged in fruitful brainstorming sessions aimed at identifying potential partners and collaborative opportunities. Recognizing the importance of forging alliances with like-minded organizations, the alumni explored avenues for pooling resources and expertise to maximize the impact of their initiatives.

Speaking about the event, the Alumni Ccoordinator expressed optimism about the potential of the YES Alumni Grant Project to catalyze grassroots initiatives and empower young leaders. "The energy and creativity showcased by our alumni today reaffirm our belief in their capacity to drive meaningful change in their communities," remarked the coordinator.
